Heading into the new financial year, The Harley Medical Group were keen to carry out some market research with their existing newsletter database to help improve and refine their services and to find out what new treatments and procedures they would like to see offered.

Smart Monkey Marketing developed an online survey that automatically collated the results into a database as entries were received. A campaign to promote the survey was also developed to encourage a maximum number of entries.

An initial email was sent to the full subscriber database (segmented by female / male and UK / Ireland) encouraging the recipient to click through to complete the quick survey.

An additional incentive to win treatment vouchers was included within the campaign to encourage the number of click throughs. In conjunction with The Harley Medical Group, terms and conditions were put in place to accompany the survey incentive.

In addition, the survey was promoted within The Harley Medical Group's enewsletter, acting as a reminder to those that had not yet entered the survey.

Following the closing date, the results were collated and the analysed data supplied to The Harley Medical Group to assist with their decision making.
