Based in Crawley, Thales Training & Consultancy is a highly successful provider of training and accreditation services.
In early 2011 Thales approached Smart Monkey to manage all aspects of their email marketing. We created new designs and rebranded all emails to be sent to their database. We also set up an email marketing system using Pure 360. Smart Monkey research and write all content and headlines and manage the delivery timings of Thales newsletters - tailoring messages for both subscribed and non-subscribed clients.
To maximise the effectiveness of Thales' email marketing, Smart Monkey compile monthly reports using substantial analytical data. As a result, we vastly improved open and click through rates - generating extra awareness and business for Thales.
