Phoenix Treatment Centre - Full service marketing support

Phoenix Treatment Centre is an independent Cosmetic Laser Surgery and Non Surgical Enhancements clinic based in Somerset. Focusing mainly on non surgical face lifts, the clinic offers a non hospital based location with a relaxed environment.

Smart Monkey Marketing was contracted by Phoenix Treatment Centre as Marketing Consultants for their first year of trading. We initially developed the name, logo and branding as well as creating marketing collateral such as brochures, direct mail pieces, information leaflets, advert creatives, etc. to launch the clinic and provide ongoing awareness.

Smart Monkey Marketing managed the full marketing implementation for Phoenix Treatment Centre acting as their marketing department and helping them to gain a solid foothold in the local area. Some of the marketing communications tactics that were implemented for Phoenix Treatment Centre included advertising, direct mail campaigns, magazine inserts, local PR, exhibition and event attendance, sales promotions, email marketing, promotional merchandise, etc.

We were responsible for the organisation and management of the clinic launch event, regular local event attendance and helped to develop a number of reciprocal relationships with other beauty treatment suppliers.
